Deposit Due for Exhibit Booth Space. Deposit is due with submission of exhibitor contract. Contracts received without deposit payment will not be processed and booth space will not be secured until payment is received.
Corporate Exhibitor Description. Last day to submit your company's corporate and/or product/services description for inclusion in the event program. (Complimentary)

Submission Deadline for Vendor Solutions Presentation Proposals. All presentation proposals must be submitted online at www.TechEdEvents.org.
Final Payment Due. Payment due in full for corporate partnership contracts, including exhibit booth space, sponsorships and advertising. If invoice date is less than 30 days from the opening of the show, payment is due upon receipt. All payments must be received prior to the show opening.
Advertising Space Reservations. Last day to reserve ad space in the conference program guide.
Prize give-away description. Last day to submit your company's prize give-away description, including give-away date(s), time(s) and dollar value(s), for inclusion in the conference program guide. (Complimentary)

Advertising copy. Last day to submit your electronic, film or camera-ready ad copy for insertion in the event program guide.
Session Descriptions: Hands-on Labs and Vendor Sessions. Last day for approved Hands-on Computer Lab and Vendor Session presenters to submit session description for inclusion in conference program guide.
Hotel discount deadline. All reservations for discounted hotel rates must be made through the Ontario Convention and Visitors Bureau. You will be notified via email of the discount deadlines once they are available. Update will also be available on our Web site at www.TechEdEvents.org.
Staff registrations. Final day to register exhibit staff online. Registering online saves time! Staff not pre-registered must register onsite at the Exhibitors/Sponsors registration counter at the Ontario Convention Center.
GES warehouse shipping deadline. GES will accept shipments, without a surcharge, at their warehouse from February 24 - March 17. Shipments arriving after March 17 are subject to a surcharge. See your GES Exhibitor Services Kit for details.
GES discount deadline. Last day to submit booth decoration and electrical service orders to GES.
Shipments direct to Ontario Convention Center. Shipments not sent to the GES warehouse within the dates above may be directed to the OCC attention: GES Exposition Services for arrival between March 23-24. See your GES Exhibitor Services Kit for details.
