Activity sponsorships take your message directly to the customer. Sponsorship packages include signage at the activity, recognition in the printed event program and on the TechEd Web site.

Opening Night Reception              ($10,000)
Host the grand opening of TechEd by sponsoring this incredible night on the exhibit floor. Hors d'oeuvres and wine will be served as attendees are introduced to this year's exhibit floor. Plan an exclusive drawing for a grand prize to be given away at the end of the evening. Sponsorship includes a half-page advertisement in the event program to promote the party on behalf of your organization, as well as onsite signage. Exclusive.
          
Attendee Appreciation Party         ($20,000)
Light up Ontario with themed music, food and beverages, dancing, and decorations all hosted by your company. This sponsorship includes the opportunity to offer give-aways throughout the party with a Grand Prize drawing at the end of the night. Sponsorship includes a half-page advertisement in the conference program, as well as onsite signage. Shared sponsorships accepted.

Continental Breakfast                     ($5,000)  
Greet attendees each morning with coffee and croissants in the registration area! This package includes one morning's continental breakfast, onsite signage during the break, a 10x10 exhibit booth space and a quarter page advertisement in the event program. Plan a special promotion or prize give-away during the breakfast. 

Exhibit Floor Refreshment Break   ($5,000)
Your organization will be the hit of the day! Provide mid-morning tea and cakes, or afternoon coffee and brownies to attendees on the exhibit floor. This package includes a 10x10 exhibit booth space, a quarter page advertisement in the event program and an opportunity to offer a prize giveaway during the break. Onsite signage provided.

Attendee Tote Bag                          ($12,000)
Attendees love tote bags! Have your company's logo displayed prominently on all conference tote bags. With this keepsake attendees will be reminded of your company long after TechEd is over.

Registration Area                            ($10,000)
Every attendee visits the registration area throughout the conference so this sponsorship is guaranteed to provide your organization with prime visibility! The first thing attendees will see when they approach registration is your company's logo and prominent signage advertising your sponsorship. Supply lanyards and nametag inserts for even more exposure for your organization. Exclusive.

Exhibitors' Lounge                          ($7,500)
Does your organization market to the corporate world as well as education? Keep in touch with the 180+ exhibiting companies at TechEd by sponsoring the exhibitors' lounge that will be open during exhibit floor hours. Food and refreshments will greet the exhibitors in a relaxed networking atmosphere. Your corporate signage will be displayed in the lounge throughout the event.
