 What comes with my TechEd exhibit space? Each 10x10 TechEd exhibit space includes standard pipe and drape (8' draped back walls and 3' draped side rails), a booth identification sign, aisle cleaning, and general event security. Please note exhibit booth space does not include carpeting, electricity or Internet access.

 What other benefits are included in my TechEd booth package? Each standard 10x10 exhibitor booth package comes with the following benefits:

 When do I get information about ordering booth decorations? The primary contact for exhibit information from your company will receive an Exhibitor Services Kit from GES Exposition Services approximately six weeks before the conference date. An online version of the kit will also be available. The kit contains information on service providers who are able to provide you with booth necessities including carpeting, tables, chairs, and decorations ranging from plants to hanging signage. They have staff available to assist you with your booth setup and teardown as well. For questions about your booth decorations, please call GES Client Services at (714) 934-1500.

 Will TechEd offer lead tracking? Yes! Information on lead tracking will be included in the Exhibitor Services Kit provided through our show decorator, GES.

 From whom can I rent computers and audio/video equipment? Your Exhibitor Services Kit will offer a form for your audio/video rental needs.

 How do I get Internet Connectivity for my exhibit booth space? The Exhibitor Services Kit offers an Internet Access order form.

 How do I order phone service for my exhibit booth? The Ontario Convention Center will provide phone service. Your Exhibitor Services Kit will offer a form for obtaining phone service.

 When will I receive the attendee mailing list? All exhibitors will receive an electronic list consisting of name, address, title and mailing address of all TechEd conference attendees approximately two weeks after TechEd Ontario. The list will be emailed to the primary contact at your organization.

 How can I keep my booth costs low? With nearly all the services offered to exhibitors at TechEd, there are early deadlines that offer reduced rates. In other words, order early and save!

 What time is Exhibitor Set Up and Breakdown? Exhibitors arriving Sunday, March 23 for set up must receive a temporary Exhibits Only badge to gain access to the exhibit hall. Temporary badges will be available at the Exhibitor/Sponsors registration counter located inside the exhibit hall at the Ontario Convention Center. All booth staff and members from your organization who attend TechEd must register at the Registration Counter before gaining access to the exhibit hall.
