Registration Fees:
$395, for registration on or before November 15, 2002
$495 for registration after November 15, 2002

(Registration fee includes meals and transportation between the Cupertino Inn and Apple Computer.)

Who Can Attend?

Educator Attendees:

      University presidents
      College presidents (4 year, 2 year including, vocational/technical)
      Chancellors
      District Superintendents
          and
      Up to two senior level Information Technology Officers accompanying their CEO
      (Please note, the CEO must be in attendance for the IT Officer to attend - separate
      
registration fees are required.)

Corporate Attendees:
   
      Two senior executives from each CEO Technology Institute sponsoring company
         are invited to attend the full CEO Technology Institute program. One additional senior
         executive is invited to the Welcome Reception and Dinner.

PAYMENT POLICY / TERMS & CONDITIONS
All conference fees must be paid within 30 days after submission of registration. Registrations submitted less than 10 days from the conference date must be paid onsite. The Community College Foundation should receive all payments by November 15, 2002 to ensure that we record your payment for your admittance to the conference prior to the event. After November 15, 2002, please pay onsite at the CEO Technology Institute. Incomplete registrations and registrations submitted without proper payment will not be processed, and no badge/conference admittance will be issued, in advance or onsite. Check, credit card, money order or cash will be accepted for payment onsite at the event. 

Paid registrations submitted in advance will receive an email confirmation if received by 11/29/02. Please review your registration confirmation immediately and contact Maureen Julian, Operations Manager, at (916) 418-5157 or email mjulian@TechEdEvents.org with any discrepancies.

Checks & Money Orders
You may register and pay with a check, money order online or by using the downloadable PDF registration form. Upon completion of the online registration form, simply print out the confirmation page and mail it with your check to: The Community College Foundation, 1901 Royal Oaks Drive, Sacramento, CA 95815, Attn: CEO Technology Institute � Silicon Valley.

Credit Cards
If paying by credit card, credit card information must be fully completed. Incomplete credit card information will delay registration processing.

Cancellation Policy
The CEO Technology Institute will issue refunds, minus a $75 processing fee, for cancellations received in writing on or before November 4, 2002. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 4, 2002.
