Payment
Information
All registrations must have payment or purchase order attached.
Incomplete registrations will be held pending receipt of payment.
Registrations must be paid in full by the opening of the conference.
Purchase Orders
Purchase orders will be accepted until September 8, 2000. If
you are submitting a PO for online registration, please follow
up by faxing your PO within 3 days to 916-418-5150, Attention
CEO Technology Institute, referencing which CEO Technology Institute
and the attendees' names. If we do not receive the actual purchase
order, your registration will not be confirmed.
Credit Cards
If paying by credit card via fax or mail, credit card information
must be fully completed and signed. Credit cards are the only
form of payment via the web.
Cancellation Policy
CEO Technology Institute will issue refunds, minus a $75 processing
fee, for cancellations received in writing on or before
September 8, 2000. No refunds will be issued for cancellations
received after September 8, 2000. Substitutions of will be accepted
for administrative staff.
Please submit written substitutions at your earliest opportunity,
and no later than September 15, 2000. Substitutions will also
be accepted and processed on site.

CEO Technology Institute is committed to making conference

can be made.
