CEO Technology Institute Postponed

The Community College Foundation would like to express its deepest sympathy to all who have been affected by the recent tragic terrorist acts in New York, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania.

In light of these catastrophic and incomprehensible incidents, The Community College Foundation and TechEd Events have regrettably, after immense consideration, decided to indefinitely postpone the CEO Technology Institute scheduled for October 3-5, 2001 in Boston, MA, in the safety interest of its attendees, sponsors, presenters and staff. A decision to reschedule the event for a future date has not yet been made.

The impossibility to predict what new events will unfold within the United States in the immediate future, and the indefinite closure of many major airports, including Boston's Logan International, combined with obvious security issues present throughout the country, necessitate this decision.

We know that so many of you have put a great deal of time, effort and resources into participating in this event. We apologize for the inconvenience this decision may cause, and thank all of you for your understanding. Please watch this Web site for future announcements.

The Silicon Valley CEO Technology Institute scheduled for December 5-7, 2001 at Adobe Systems, Incorporated will take place as scheduled.
