What comes with my TechEd exhibit space?
Each 10x10 TechEd exhibit space includes standard pipe and drape (8' draped back walls and 3' draped side rails), a booth identification sign, aisle cleaning, and general event security. Please note exhibit booth space DOES NOT INCLUDE carpeting, furniture, and electricity or Internet connectivity.

What time is Exhibitor Set-up and Break-down?
All booth staff and members from your organization who attend TechEd must register at the Exhibitor/Sponsors registration counter at the Pasadena Convention Center in order to gain access to the exhibit hall. Exhibitors arriving Sunday, April 11 for set-up must receive a temporary Exhibits Only badge to gain access to the exhibit hall. Temporary badges are also available at the Exhibitor/Sponsors registration counter.

Exhibitor Set-up Hours:
Sunday, April 11         8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Monday, April 12         7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

Exhibitor Break-down Hours:
Tuesday, April 13        2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Daily Exhibit Floor Hours:
Monday, April 12         8:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, April 13        8:30 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.

Please note that no part of an exhibit may be dismantled prior to Exhibit Hall closing time at 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13.

When do I get information about ordering computers and audio/video equipment, electricity, Internet connectivity, and booth decorations?
The primary contact for exhibit information from your company will receive an Exhibitor Services Kit from GES Exposition Services approximately six weeks before the conference date. An online version of the kit will also be available. The kit contains information on service providers who are able to provide you with booth necessities including computer equipment, A/V, carpeting, tables, chairs, electricity, Internet, and decorations ranging from plants to hanging signage, etc. GES also has staff available to assist you with your booth set-up and tear-down. For questions about your booth needs, please call GES Client Services at (800) 475-2098.

How do I order phone service for my Exhibit Booth? The Pasadena Convention Center provides phone service.
Your Exhibitor Services Kit offers a form for ordering phone service.

Will TechEd offer lead tracking?
Yes! Information on lead tracking is included in the Exhibitor Services Kit.

When will I receive the attendee mailing list?
All exhibitors will receive an electronic list consisting of name, address, title and mailing address of all TechEd conference attendees approximately two weeks after TechEd 2010 - Pasadena. The list will be emailed to the primary contact at your organization.

How can I keep my booth costs low?
With nearly all the services offered to exhibitors at TechEd, there are early deadlines that offer reduced rates. In other words, order by March 22 & SAVE $$’s!

What other opportunities are there for me to promote my presence at TechEd?
There are many opportunities to increase your visibility at TechEd. We offer sponsorships for everything from our attendee tote bags to exhibit hall refreshment breaks. There is a sponsorship to fit every goal and budget! Advertising in our conference program lets our attendees know about the services and products your organization provides, and prize giveaways are a wonderful way to drive traffic to your booth, as well as to generate excitement for the show. Last but not least, don’t miss an opportunity to network at our Monday Wine Reception on the exhibit hall floor.
