What comes with my
TechEd exhibit space? Each exhibit space includes
standard pipe and drape (8' draped back walls and 3'
draped side rails), a booth identification sign, aisle
cleaning, and general event security. Exhibit booth
space does not include carpet, furniture, electricity or
Internet connectivity.
What other benefits
are included in my TechEd booth package? Each
exhibitor booth package comes with the following
benefits:
· Five
full-conference passes and 100 exhibit-only passes
for each 10’ X 10’ booth
· Attendee mailing lists for post-conference
promotions (list does not include email or phone
numbers).
· Listing on the TechEd 2008 Web site
· Corporate description in the conference program
guide
How much is my
investment to exhibit at TechEd 2008?
Cost (per square foot): Standard space (in-line)
= $17; Premium space (corner) = $19; Island space = $21
Examples: In-Line 10’x 10’ = $1700 Corner 10’x
10’ = $1900 Island 20’ x 20’ = $8400 Corner 10’x 20’ =
$3800
When do I get information about ordering computers
and audio/video equipment, electricity, Internet
connectivity, and booth decorations? The primary
contact for exhibit information from your company will
receive an online link to the GES Exhibitor Services Kit
approximately six weeks before the conference date. A CD
version of the kit will also be available. The kit
contains information on service providers who are able
to provide you with booth necessities including computer
equipment, A/V, carpeting, tables, chairs, electricity,
Internet, and decorations ranging from plants to hanging
signage, etc. GES also has staff available to assist you
with your booth set-up and tear-down. For questions
about your booth needs, please call GES Client Services
at (800) 475-2098.
How do I order phone service for my Exhibit Booth?
The Ontario Convention Center provides phone service.
Your Exhibitor Services Kit offers a form for ordering
phone service.
How do I order Internet service for my Exhibit Booth?
Your online Exhibitor Services Kit contains an Internet
Connectivity order form for basic Internet Service
provided by Priority Networks.
Will TechEd offer lead tracking? Yes! Information
on lead tracking is included in your Exhibitor Services
Kit.
How can I keep my booth costs low? GES offers
reduced rates for early deadlines. In other words, order
early and save!
What time is Exhibitor Set-up and Break-down? All
members of your organization who will be attending
TechEd and manning your booth for the duration of the
show must obtain an Exhibits Only badge from the
Exhibitor/Sponsor registration counter. Personnel who
are arriving as part of the set up crew and will not be
manning the booth, must get a Temporary Exhibits Only
badge to gain access to the exhibit hall.
