Visibility Sponsorship Opportunities |

Visibility sponsorships take your message directly to your customers. Sponsorship packages include signage at the activity, recognition in the conference program and on the TechEd 2007 Web site. If your company has a signature sponsorship you would like to bring to TechEd 2007, please let us know!

Exhibit Hall Grand Opening Reception - Exclusive Investment: $5,000
Host the grand opening of TechEd by sponsoring this incredible event on the exhibit floor. Hors d'oeuvres and wine will be served as attendees are introduced to this year's exhibit floor. Plan an exclusive drawing for a grand prize to be given away at the end of the event. Sponsorship includes a half-page advertisement in the event program to promote the party on behalf of your organization, as well as onsite signage.
12th Anniversary Gala - 4 Available Investment: $5,000
Be part of TechEd's spectacular 12th anniversary gala by helping light up Ontario with themed music, food and beverages, dancing, and decorations hosted by your company. This sponsorship includes the opportunity to offer giveaways throughout the party with a Grand Prize drawing at the end of the night. Sponsorship includes a half-page advertisement in the conference program guide, as well as onsite signage.
Attendee Continental Breakfasts - 3 Available Investment: $1,000
Greet attendees each morning with coffee and croissants in the registration area! This package includes one morning's continental breakfast, onsite signage during the break, and recognition in the the conference program guide. Sponsors are encouraged to plan a special promotion or prize giveaway during the breakfast.
Exhibit Hall Refreshment Breaks - 4 Available Investment: $1,000
Your organization will be the hit of the day! Provide mid-morning or afternoon refreshments to attendees on the exhibit floor. This package includes an opportunity to offer a prize giveaway during the break, onsite signage and recognition in the the conference program guide.
Registration Area - 2 Available Investment: $5,000
Every attendee visits the registration area throughout the conference so this sponsorship is guaranteed to provide your organization with prime visibility! The first thing attendees will see when they approach registration is your company's logo and prominent signage advertising your sponsorship. Supply attendees with name badge holders and lanyards with your logo for even more exposure.
Exhibitors' Lounge - Exclusive Investment: $2,500
Does your organization market to the corporate world as well as education? Keep in touch with the 160+ exhibiting companies at TechEd by sponsoring the exhibitors' lounge that will be open during exhibit floor hours. Food and refreshments will greet the exhibitors in a relaxed networking atmosphere. Your corporate signage will be displayed in the lounge throughout the event.
Attendee Tote Bags - Exclusive Investment: $7,500
Attendees love tote bags! Have your company's logo displayed prominently on all conference tote bags. With this keepsake, attendees will be reminded of your organization long after TechEd 2007 is over.
First-timers Orientation - Exclusive Investment: $1,000
To assist new attendees in making the most of their TechEd 2007 experience, we offer a comprehensive conference orientation on the opening morning of the conference. Help make first-time attendees feel welcome with coffee, tea and assorted muffins and Danish pastries! Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed on orientation room signage and in the conference program guide.
