If invoice date is less than 30 days from the opening of the show, payment is due upon receipt. All payments must be received prior to the show opening.
October 11, 2006	Submission Deadline for Corporate Solutions, Roundtable, Poster Sessions, and Hands-on Lab Presentation Proposals. All presentation proposals must be submitted online during the Call for Presentations Process.
February 1, 2007	Advertising Space Reservations. Last day to reserve ad space in the conference program guide.
February 9, 2007	35-word Corporate Exhibitor Description. Last day to submit your company's corporate and/or product/services description for inclusion in the event program. (Complimentary)  Note: Sponsors are entitled to larger corporate descriptions based upon sponsorship level. Please see the exhibitor contract for details.
February 15, 2007	Prize Giveaway Description. Last day to submit your company's prize giveaway description, including giveaway date(s), time(s) and dollar value(s), for inclusion in the conference program guide. (Complimentary)

February 15, 2007	Advertising Materials. Last day to submit your electronic, film or camera-ready ad materials for insertion in the conference program guide.
March 2, 2007	GES Discount Deadline. Last day to submit booth decoration & electrical service orders to GES.
February 22, 2007	Hotel Discount Deadline. All reservations for discounted hotel rates must be made directly with the DoubleTree Hotel at 1-800-222-TREE. Please refer to the TechEd Conference group rate when reserving your room.
February 23 to March 21, 2007	GES warehouse shipping deadline. GES will accept shipments, without a surcharge, at their warehouse from February 23 to March 21. Within these dates, address shipments to: GES Exposition Services, 5560 Katella Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630, Attention TechEd Ontario 2007.
March 21, 2007	Booth Staff Registrations. Final day to register exhibit staff online at by CLICKING HERE. Registering online saves time! Staff not pre-registered must register onsite at the Exhibitors/Sponsors registration counter at the Pasadena Conference Center.
March 25-26, 2007	Shipments Direct to Ontario Convention Center. Shipments not sent to the GES warehouse between February 23 and March 21, may be sent directly to the Ontario Convention Center, Attention: GES Exposition Services, for arrival March 25-26.
March 26-28, 2007	Exhibitor Resign Discount Deadline. Advance sign-up for TechEd 2008 with priority booth selection and onsite signing discount.
