Group registration procedure. It's easy!
(Group registrations are generally for single institutions and entire districts, although other group types may be considered.)

Step 1: Obtain your group's discount code by contacting the person on your campus who is coordinating your group's attendance for TechEd. If you do not know who your group attendance coordinator is please contact the TechEd Events Operations Manager, Maureen Julian, at (916) 418-5157 or mjulian@techedevents.org .
Step 2: Register each member of your group, individually, using this online registration form and your group's discount code. Registrations received without a group discount code will not receive group discounts, and fees will not be adjusted at a later date.

Please note: All registration fees are final upon submission of a group registration, and will not be adjusted after submission if the group size increases.

Payment Policy / Terms & Conditions
All conference fees must be paid by March 22. Incomplete registrations and registrations submitted without proper payment will not be processed, and no badge/conference admittance will be issued, in advance or onsite. Check, credit card, or cash will be accepted for payment onsite in Pasadena.

Paid registrations submitted in advance will receive confirmation within two weeks of TechEd�s receipt of paid registration. Please review your registration confirmation immediately and contact Maureen Julian at (916) 418-5157 or email: mjulian@TechEdEvents.org with any discrepancies.

Cancellation Policy
TechEd Pasadena Conference will issue refunds, minus a $45 processing fee, for cancellations received in writing on or before January 29, 2006. You must receive a confirmation back from TechEd Events that we have received your cancellation or you will be responsible for payment. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 29, 2006, however attendee substitutions are acceptable and requests must be submitted in writing by the original registrant. Please have the substitute bring a letter on official institution letterhead naming the substitute attendee and the original registrant.
