PSA Available for TechEd 2006 “Now is the Time… for Community TV & Radio to Assist Education”
Sacramento – “Now is the time when we truly hope for community TV & radio to assist education,” says Matson Breakey, Marketing Manager for TechEd 2006, the 11th Annual Technology in Education Conference & Exposition being held on March 26 – 29, 2006 at the historic Pasadena Conference Center. And to facilitate that assistance, TechEd Events has produced a 30 second public service announcement to educate the region about their upcoming event.
“It is a humble effort,” adds Matson, “but we hope that the local media will support our purpose of providing every opportunity for the education community, teachers and administrators alike, to attend this world class event.”
TechEd 2006 is the premier hands-on event of its kind. Featuring over 250 concurrent sessions and over 200 exhibitors featuring real-world solutions for the problems facing technology in the learning environment.
The PSA features images from the past conferences and a voice-over by conference director, William Neece.
TechEd Events is a program of The Community College Foundation, who has as its purpose to serve education and community through outstanding practices, creative initiatives and entrepreneurial spirit.
“It is our goal to have every educator and administrator who is facing troubles with technology, whether it is a issue of integration, funding, skills, or any of a number of other problems, attend TechEd 2006,” says William Neece.
