30 days after invoice date	Final Payment Due. Payment due in full for corporate partnership contracts, including exhibit booth space, sponsorships and advertising. If invoice date is less than 30 days from the opening of the show, payment is due upon receipt. All payments must be received prior to the show opening.
October 11, 2005	Submission Deadline for Corporate Solutions, Roundtables and Hands-on Lab Presentation Proposals. All presentation proposals must be submitted online at www.TechEdEvents.org during the Call for Presentations Process.
February 1, 2006	Advertising Space Reservations. Last day to reserve ad space in the conference program guide.
February 16, 2006	Advertising Materials. Last day to submit your electronic, film or camera-ready ad materials for insertion in the conference program guide.
February 16, 2006	Prize Giveaway Description. Last day to submit your company's prize giveaway description, including giveaway date(s), time(s) and dollar value(s), for inclusion in the conference program guide. (Complimentary)

February 27, 2006	Hotel Discount Deadline. All reservations for discounted hotel rates must be made through the Pasadena Convention and Visitors Bureau. You will be notified via email of the discount deadlines once they are available. Update will also be available on our Web site at www.TechEdEvents.org.
February 27 to  March 22, 2006	GES warehouse shipping deadline. GES will accept shipments, without a surcharge, at their warehouse from March 7-29. Shipments arriving after March 10 are subject to a surcharge. Within these dates, address shipments to: GES Exposition Services, 5560 Katella Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630, Attention TechEd Pasadena 2005.
