FAQs about exhibitor registration

Below are the answers to many questions you may have regarding your participation at TechEd Pasadena.

How many Full-conference and Exhibits-only registrations will my company receive?
Each 10x10 exhibit space comes with five complimentary Full-conference passes and 100 Exhibits-only passes for your valued customers. Event sponsors receive additional Full-conference passes based upon sponsorship level. Complimentary Exhibit-only passes are a great way to invite clients whom you would like to have visit you on the Exhibit Floor at TechEd! These will be mailed to each exhibitor approximately six weeks prior to the event.

Corporate Participation        Full-conference Passes      Exhibits-only Passes
Platinum Sponsor                              25                                100
Gold Sponsor                                    15                                100
Silver Sponsor                                  10                                100
Exhibitor                                            5                                100

How will my staff and I register for the event?
All exhibitor registrations must be submitted using the online Registration Form at http://www.techedevents.org/2005/exhibitors/ExhibitorReg.asp or the registration form provided in your Exhibitor Services Kit. This includes exhibit staff and anyone requiring access to the exhibit floor during set up and take down. All staff entering the exhibit hall must have an official badge to gain access to the hall. Registering your staff online before the event will save time as all badges will be pre-processed and waiting for pick-up at the Exhibitors/Sponsors registration counter at TechEd!

Special Note for Corporate Primary Presenters:  All primary presenters conducting Corporate Solutions Sessions or Hands-on Computer Workshops are automatically registered by TechEd Events upon acceptance of their presentation proposal, and therefore need not register online. Primary presenters' badges will be pre-processed and waiting for pick-up at the Exhibitors/Sponsors registration counter.

What are exhibitor set-up registration hours?
Exhibitors arriving Sunday, April 3 for set up must receive a temporary Exhibitor Badge to gain access to the exhibit hall. Temporary badges will be available Sunday from 9:00 - 5:00 p.m. at the loading dock behind the convention center at the rear of the exhibit hall, as well as at the Exhibitor/Sponsors registration counter inside the convention center.

Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. Monday, April 4. When you arrive at the Pasadena Conference Center go to the Exhibitor/Sponsors registration counter located in the conference center. Access to the exhibit floor begins at 8:00 a.m. Monday, April 4.
