Hands-on Computer Lab Sponsorships

Hands-on computer lab workshops are one of the most popular TechEd session formats. These 1 1/2-hour sessions offer conference attendees introductory software training, access to industry experts, and the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the ways different types of technology can be used to enhance education.

Full hands-on computer lab sponsorships are reserved for TechEd event sponsors and discounts are extended based upon level of participation (see Conference Sponsorships.)  A limited number of sessions are available. A fee is required to sponsor hands-on computer labs and will be billed upon acceptance of the proposal.

Guidelines:
1.  A detailed proposal must be submitted online at www.TechEdEvents.org/CFP.
2.  All proposals will be reviewed for relevant content before an acceptance decision is made.
3.  TCCF will make the selection of software lab sponsors (in consultation with the conference program committee).
4.  Current lab sponsors will have first right of refusal.
5.  This opportunity is only available to software/hardware companies.
6.  There are a limited number of Hands-on Computer Lab sessions available.
